We make the process to purchase land from us easy!
ALL Foreign and USA buyers can purchase land from us. Buyers from all Foreign Countries can purchase our land.
Here are the simple steps to purchase our land:
- The whole transaction can take place in email, fax or through the mail for your convenience.
- Look through our web site and pick lots/Land that you are interested in.
- To take a lot off the market for you, we require:
- Cash transactions:
$500 deposit
- 0 Down Payment Financing:
The first month payment
- $30% Down Payment Financed:
$1000 deposit
- We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), a wire, Western Union, Moneygram, check or Paypal.com.
- The Deposit or Downpayment is refundable until we have a signed agreement. Once we have a signed agreement the Deposit or Downpayment is non refundable.
- Once we receive the deposit or down payment, we would need to send you an agreement for you to sign. We can fax or email you the agreement for signing. The agreement will have the price and terms of the transaction.
Cash Transactions:
- For cash transaction the lot would close within 14 days.
- We use Stewart Title for all our closings. They are on the New York Stock Exchange and have been in business for 115 years.
- You will receive title insurance guaranteeing clear title on your new lot.
- The closing takes place in the mail or through email with a title company located near the land.
- Only $995 for closing costs. We will pay all other fees.
- We would need to know how you would like to take title on the land.
We would need your name, address and contact phone number.
Finance Transactions:
$0 Down Payment Loan 3 to 10 year loan with no prepayment penalty.
- We require the first month payment for $0 down payment financed transactions to take a lot off the market for you.
- For lots financed with a $0 Down Payment, we will do a contract for deed agreement with you. This agreement is for half the monthly payments of the loan. We require half of the monthly payments made before the lot is put in your name. After the half of the monthly payments are made, the lot will be put in your name. We would then have a first mortgage lien on the lot until the lot is paid in full. Your payments would stay the same.
